NFT developer Dapper Labs launched the non-fungible (NFT) UFC Strike Market on February 18, helping to increase NFT sales on the Flow blockchain by 50% in the last 24 hours.
Dapper Labs is the company behind the NBA Top Shot, CryptoKitties, and Flow blockchain.
UFC Strike, another product from the company, is an NFT kit based on fighters and moments from the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Fans can now trade their NFTs in the group’s dedicated UFC Strike Marketplace.
According to CryptoSlam, the new launch helped Flow climb to the third place among blockchains in terms of NFT sales. At the time of writing, Flow is following Ethereum and Ronin with sales of $2.1 million in the last 24 hours. This is 50% more than it was at the same time on Wednesday.
The new NBA All-Star VIP Pass NFT set, launched February 17 via the NBA Top Shot, is also contributing to the surge in sales on Flow. Each of the 30 NFTs in this group gives owners access to the following five star-rated games.
